Shipping policy

Order processing times. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) although I endeavour to post out on the same day where possible.

• Local pickup option. Personal pick-up is available from my studio in Donaghadee, County Down. If you would like to choose this option, please email me at herbariumdyeworks@gmail.com after your purchase to ensure there's someone in, and I will refund your postage in full.
• Combined postage. I'm very happy to combine postage on orders placed as long as the first order hasn't yet been dispatched. I'll refund you for the difference in shipping costs.
• Returns and cancellations. Please see our returns policy. In the rare event of a lost parcel, please allow 15 days for UK customers and 25 days for international customers for the parcel to arrive. If it hasn't arrived in this time period, please contact me at herbariumdyeworks@gmail.com.
• EU customers. Post-Brexit, we are in a unique position in posting out from Northern Ireland and, as a consequence, you shouldn't incur extra customs charges. 
• For US customers, tariffs are included in price and duties are taken care of by Royal Mail so you shouldn't be charged anything in addition to what you pay here.
• Taxes, duties and custom charges. Orders shipped outside of the UK and EU may be liable to taxes, duties and/or customs charges. We cannot be held liable for any charge once the package has been shipped from us. Payment will need to be made by the recipient.
