Merino Twist - Spanish Green

Hand dyed with indigo + chlorophyllin.

The indigo extract used is from Tamil Nadu while I wait for my own dye plants to mature.

Chlorophyllin is a compound made with chlorophyll, a green pigment found in plants,  essential for photosynthesis. It is usually extracted from alfalfa or nettles.

This yarn can be worn next to the skin and is perfect for knitting, crochet or weaving projects.
